Vent Filter Housing (with Jacket) (H-VCF)
is mainly used in pharmaceutical , food and beverage industry to sterilize the air or gas. Inside housing gas is separated from outside, and go through the housing to outside. So the outside organisms and particles can not go inside. H-VCF vent housing structure is simple and easy to operate. it is constructed by 316L or 304 stainless steel and mechanical or Electropolished polished.

How to choose a correct vent housing?
Step 1: Calculate the tank maximum gas volume V
V= | V liquid Inlet - V liquid outlet | max
Step 2: Confirm sterilize membrane filter and its pore size according to application
Step 3: According to △P( Design negative pressure of tank) and V and sterilize membrane filter types( as follows) to choose correct filter specification

For example: if V=21.63m3/h, △P=1KPa, it is better to choose GPFL filter cartridge in 20inch length.

Constant Temperature Vent Housing is made of vent housing, heating jacket, jacket protection and Electric-heating device.
